We have numerous probate administration companies and solicitors use our full house clearance service. House clearance isnt as simple as removing all items from the house so its ready for sale. We diligently work through all items and ensure high value items are kept. From there, we endeavor to sell all high value items to maximise the size of the estate.

Our clearance services

House clearance – We will separate all sentimental and valuable items ready to transport to our client or our secure storage. Anything else left in the property will be disposed of. All recyclable items are processed ethically and in accordance with legislation. Whenever we can, we will donate any unwanted furniture to charity.

Deep clean – There can be a significant amount of rubbish or hazardous substances present. This leaves the property unsuitable and unpleasant for viewings when it comes to being sold. We offer a deep clean of the property making sure it is ready for selling. A deep clean will also maximise the sale price of the property making it beneficial for the beneficiaries.

Garden Clearance & Maintenance – We will ensure the front and rear gardens are kept tidy. This will help the property look occupied and lower the risk of squatters. In addition, this will also maximise the sale price and kurb appeal. While the property is unoccupied, we can make regular visits to maintain the gardens.
